Hamonadong manok
Ingredients:
1/2 chicken
1 Tbsp. salt
1 cup pineapple juice
1/3 cup vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. black pepper ground
1/2 clove garlic, crushed
1 pc onion, chopped
Clavo herbs (this is an old school mix of herbs that I sneaked out of my Tita’s kitchen)
Procedure:
Marinate chicken with the rest of the ingredients for at least an hour (I made this one overnight). Simmer mixture until chicken is tender and sauce is thick. Enjoy!
